Delivery windows are scheduled by route efficiency, event date demand, and setup complexity. We will provide a target time range before your event.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to setup areas, including gates, elevators, loading zones, and venue permissions.
Setup areas should be level and free from hazards. Final placement guidance must be provided by the customer or venue contact at delivery time.
Pickup is scheduled after event end based on route sequencing. Rentals must be available and reasonably accessible at the scheduled pickup window.
